ReplyDeleteI live in Orillia and last I heard this solar powered boat manufacture was moving to America due to lack of investment capital in Canada. I suppose a small engine to power up the batteries would quickly make this a hybrid.
Stay in touch - I recently got word of a particular EV DC Motor maker doing a DE Conversion of a standard outboard and it looked nice! Trying to get them to come to Canada for EV Fest 2012, but might need some help to motorvate them to come, since EVCON is also in September!
